This will be a 10-week video class hosted by Dave Rizer, Campus Pastor. The class is devoted to helping people understand the Bible.

We will focus on issues such as the compilation of the Scriptures, the literary and historical method of interpretation, how to apply the Bible, and also on how to hear the voice of God through the text. This class will be comparable to a seminary course on the Scriptures, but it will be taught in such a way that everyone will be able to understand it and be challenged by it.

If you've ever thought, "I just wish I knew how to find out what the Bible is really saying!" this is the class for you.

Our Children's Ministry is doing service projects the first and third Sundays of every month during the 11:30 service. If you can help our kids serve others by helping them make cards and crafts, going with us to visit residents in an Assisted Living Center, making care packages for missionaries, military, the homeless, etc., please contact Lindsey Stich by calling (859) 368-9690 or emailing lstich@southlandchristian.org.

If this schedule doesn't work for you, we also need one more volunteer (twice a month) to help our families check in between services, and need volunteers to lead small groups for the following:

Elementary
10:00 1st-2nd grade girls leader (2nd/4th or 1st/3rd Sundays)
10:00 3rd-5th grade girls leader (2nd/4th or 1st/3rd Sundays)
11:30 3rd-5th grade boys leader (1st and 3rd Sundays)
Preschool
10:00 boys group leader (2nd and 4th Sundays)
11:30 “teacher”/room captain (either 2nd or 4th Sunday)

Do you love kids? Do you love to watch them learn about Jesus? Then we want you in the Children's Ministry at our Danville campus!

We are looking for volunteers for the 1o:00 and 11:30 services to come be with our kids for just an hour and half every week. It will change their lives and yours!!

We need volunteers in our baby, toddler, and elementary rooms. We also need teachers and tech people to run our preschool and elementary rooms.
