Remember this verse that we focused on during the “IT” series?
Galatians 5:6 “The only that that counts is faith expressing itself through love.”

Let’s keep on living out our faith and taking advantage of the opportunities we have to love others. During the “Feed My Starving Children” initiative, many of you served together with your Life Groups. What a great idea!?!?!?! As your Life Group begins to dream, pray, and make the most of opportunities that you have to love others, we will be able to care for even more. Think about it this way…….

If 5,000 believers at Southland made up 500 Life Groups committed to serving other people, together they could…..
Prepare and deliver a meal for 500 families
Purchase 500 tanks of gas
Rake and Mow 500 lawns of our neighbors
Buy Groceries for 500 Families
Babysit 500 kids (hopefully not all at once)
Have a LOT of FUN!!!!

Be Creative as a Life Group. Think about ways that you can serve as a community. You will be blessed, energized, and it’s fun!
